What we collect,
and what we don’t.
Last updated 6 September 2026. Gymove is a pre-launch project; this page describes the site as it actually works today.
What this site collects
Only what you type into an early-access or partnership form, and only when you submit it:
- your email address
- a destination, company name or short note, if you choose to enter one
- your browser’s user-agent string, stored alongside the submission
Your IP address is used in memory to limit how often a form can be submitted from one place. It is not written to the submission record.
What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies of any kind.
- It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or assets from third-party servers.
- It does not build a profile of you or share submissions with anyone.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Gymove becomes available in the cities you care about, or to reply to a partnership enquiry. Nothing else. We do not sell or rent submissions.
Where it is stored
On a server we operate in the European Union. Submissions are stored as plain records and are readable only by the person running the project.
How long we keep it
Until launch communications are finished or you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. We will act on such a request without charge.
How to reach us
Gymove does not yet publish a contact mailbox. Until it does, send a request through the early-access form on the home page stating what you want removed, from the same address you signed up with, and it will be actioned.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
